Abstract
Se revelan monomeros absorbentes de luz UV/Visible de benzotriazol. Los absorbentes de UV/Vis son particularmente adecuados para el uso en materiales de lentes intraoculares. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de benzotriazol de la formula (1) donde X = alquenilo C3-4, alquilo C3-4, CH2CH2CH2SCH2CH2 o CH2CH2CH2SCH2CH2CH2; Y = nulo si X alquenilo C3-4; de lo contrario, Y = -O-C(=O)-C(R1)=CH2, -O-C(=O)NHCH2CH2OC(=O)-C(R1)=CH2, o -O-C(=O)NHC(CH3)2(C6H4)C(CH3)=CH2; R1 = H, CH3, CH2CH3 o CH2OH; R2 = alquilo C1-4; y R3 = H, CH3, CH3O, F, CI, Br, I o CF3. Reivindicacion 6: Un material de dispositivo oftálmico que comprende un compuesto de benzotriazol de la reivindicacion 1 y un monomero formador de dispositivo seleccionado del grupo que consiste en monomeros acrílicos y monomeros que contienen silicona.
