Abstract
Compuesto de 2-alquil-indazol y sus sales de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptables, procedimiento de preparación y una composición farmacéutica que los contiene. Tratamiento de trastornos el SNC, de la musculatura lisa y de los sistemas gastrointestinal y cardiovascular. Reivindicación 1: Compuesto de 2-alquil-indazol de fórmula general (1) en la que X es -C(O)N(R5)- o -N(R5)C(O)-; Y es CH o N; W es CH o N; con la condición de que por lo menos uno entre Y y W es un átomo de N; n es un número entero seleccionado de entre 0, 1, 2 y 3; m es un número entero seleccionado de entre 0, 1, 2 y 3; p es un número entero seleccionado de entre 0, 1 y 2; R1 es H, alquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, alquil C1-3-CO-, COOH, R'R"NCO-, R'R"NSO2-, R'SO2-, halógeno, R'R"N'- o R'CON(R")-; R2 es alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, alquilo C1-3-alcoxi C1-3, aril-alquilo C1-3 en el que el grupo arilo puede estar sustituido con 1 o 2 sustituyentes seleccionados de entre halógeno, alquilo C1-3 y alcoxi C1-3; R3 y R4, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, son H, hidroxi, alquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, R'R"N-, nitro, halógeno, trifluorometilo o R'CON(R")-; R5 es H, alquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, o, junto con R6, forma un anillo saturado de 5 o 6 miembros seleccionados de entre el grupo que comprende pirrolidina, imidazolina, pirazolidina, piperidina y piperazina; R6, junto con R5 o R7, forma un anillo saturado de 5 o 6 miembros seleccionados de entre el grupo que comprende pirrolidina, imidazolina, pirazolidina, piperidina y piperazina, R7 es H, alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, aril-alquilo C1-3, en el que el grupo arilo puede estar sustituido con 1 o 2 sustituyentes seleccionados de entre halógeno, alquilo C1-3, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-3, nitro, trifluorometilo y R'R"N-, o R7 junto con R6, forma un anillo saturado de 5 o 6 miembros seleccionados de entre el grupo que comprende pirrolidina, imidazolina, pirazolidina, piperidina y piperazina; R' y R", que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, son H o alquilo C1-3; y sus sales de adición con ácidos orgánicos e inorgánicos farmacéuticamente aceptables.
