Abstract
Un panel estructural intercalado compuesto comprende láminas revestidas espaciadas de cemento reforzado con fibras o madera contrachapada y un nucleo cementoso ligero formado a partir de una suspension de polvo de cemento; agua; un agregado de baja densidad tal como plástico expandido, minerales exfoliados tales como perlita o vermiculita, microesferas poliméricas o de cerámica; e ingredientes opcionales incluyendo cenizas y cal. Se anade a la suspension una composicion de carboximetilcelulosa modificada para retener agua y reducir la migracion localizada de agua hacia las láminas porosas de revestimiento en la interfaz entre las láminas y revestimiento y nucleo. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para la produccion de un panel estructural de construccion, comprendiendo el método los pasos de: colocar en un molde, láminas de revestimiento espaciadas para formar una cavidad entre éstas; introducir dentro de la cavidad un material fluido cementoso de nucleo para formar, luego de curado, un panel ligero de nucleo, caracterizado el método en que el material fluido cementoso del nucleo incluye al menos un polímero celulosico parcialmente soluble en agua adaptado para retener humedad en el material cementoso del nucleo en una region adyacente a las superficies internas de las láminas de revestimiento para reforzar una ligazon entre el nucleo y las láminas de revestimiento al controlar la tasa de hidratacion de las partículas de cemento en la region.
