Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion del Factor VII recombinante o transgénico, en la que cada molécula de Factor VII de la composicion contiene formas de glucano unidas a sitios de N-glucosilacion, donde entre todas las moléculas de Factor II de dicha composicion, prevalecen las formas de glucano biantenarias, bisialiladas y no fucosiladas. La invencion también se refiere a dichas composicion para ser empleada como un medicamento, así como también, a un proceso que permite preparar, entre otras cosas, dicha composicion.
