Abstract
Compuesto de 4-[5-(2-amino-etansulfonil)-isoquinolin-7-iI]-fenol, o una sal del mismo farmacéuticamente aceptable o un hidrato del compuesto o la sal del mismo. Uso para la manufactura de un medicamento util como inhibidor de AKt, antineoplásico y/o antiviral, para tratar mieloma multiple, cáncer de pulmon de células no pequenas, glioblastoma, neuroblastoma, melanoma o neoplasmas de la prostata, mama, ovarios, estomago primario, tipo intestinal, endometrio tiroides, páncreas, pulmon o vejiga, hepatitis C, rubéola, virus de inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH), hepatitis V, o citomegalovirus humano (HCMV). Composicion farmacéutica que lo comprende. Forma cristalina del semi-hidrato monoclorhidrato correspondiente.
