Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto que tiene la formula general (1) en la cual R es deuterio, halogeno o hidrogeno; R1 es aril-alquilo C0-4 o heterociclil-alquilo C0-4, donde los radicales pueden estar sustituidos con 1-4 alcoxi C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1- 8, alquilo C1-8, alquilcarbonilo C0-8, alquilsulfonilo C1-8, arilo opcionalmente sustituido, aril-alcoxicarbonilo C0-4, ciano, halogeno, heterociclilo opcionalmente sustituido, hidroxi, nitro, oxido, oxo, tri-alquilsililo C1-4, trifluormetoxi o trifluormetilo; R2 es A) deuterio, halogeno, hidroxi, ciano o hidrogeno; o b) alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-4-alquilo-C1-4, alquilo C1-8, alquilcarbonilo C0-4, aril-alquilo C0-4, carboxi-alquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-8 o heterociclil-alquilo C0-4, donde los radicales pueden estar sustituidos con 1-4 alcoxi C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8, alquilo C1-8, alquilcarbonilo C0-8, alquilsulfonilo C1-8, arilo opcionalmente sustituido, aril-alcoxicarbonilo C0-4, ciano, halogeno, heterociclilo opcionalmente sustituido, hidroxi, nitro, oxido, oxo, trialquilsililo C1-4, trifluormetoxi o trifluormetilo; R3 es alquilo C1-8; Q es oxígeno o azufre; m es un numero 0, 1 o 2; n es un numero 0, 1 o 2; y sus sales, preferiblemente sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables. Un procedimiento para su preparacion y el uso de dichos compuestos como medicamentos, en particular inhibidores de aldosterona sintasa.
