Abstract

Una composicion alimenticia preparada mediante un método de esterilizacion. Más específicamente, a un proceso de esterilizacion disenado para usarse en un proceso aséptico que comprende los pasos de transferir esa composicion alimenticia a una unidad de calentamiento; transmitir una corriente eléctrica a través de esa composicion; mantener un intervalo de régimen de flujo de energía a masa a través de esa unidad de calentamiento de aproximadamente 125 kJoules/kg a aproximadamente 750 kJoules/kg; ajustar un régimen de flujo para mantener la temperatura de esa composicion alimenticia que sale de la unidad de calentamiento en aproximadamente 75°C a aproximadamente 175°C; y enfriar esa composicion alimenticia hasta una temperatura final de aproximadamente 5°C a 100°C.
