Abstract

Se divulgan un método y aparato para proveer informacion de capacidad e informacion de red central con el fin de soportar un interfuncionamiento entre una red del proyecto de colaboracion de tercera generacion (3GPP) y una red no del 3GPP. Un equipo de usuario (UE) envía informacion de capacidad de UE referida a la red no del 3GPP, como ser una red inalámbrica de área local de interfuncionamiento (l-WLAN) del 802.11 del lEEE, una red WiMAX del 802.16 del IEEE, una red de banda ancha fija, etc., a una red del 3GPP. La red del 3GPP puede enviar al UE informacion de red central referida a las redes no del 3CPP.
