Abstract
Reivindicacion 2: El producto alimenticio horneado de acuerdo a la reivindicacion 1 caracterizado porque la medicion de las áreas de pico mediante GC-MS proporciona un nivel mínimo de 50.000 para el pico que corresponde a 2,5-di-metil-4-hidroxi-3[2H]-furanona y/o un nivel mínimo de 10.000 para el pico que corresponde a 5-metilfurfural y/o un nivel mínimo de 55.000 para el pico que corresponde a diacetilo y/o un nivel mínimo de 1.000 para el pico que corresponde a 2-acetil-1-pirolina.
