Abstract

Reivindicacion 6: Un método para obtener un tejido de planta que tiene un contenido alterado, preferentemente mayor, de uncomponente flavonoide, caracterizado porque el método comprende las siguientes etapas: a) proporcionar un tejido de planta, b) alterar la expresion de una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica un homologo de TDR4 en el tejido de planta de a) encomparacion con el tejido de planta de tipo silvestre del cual deriva, c) opcionalmente, reproducir el tejido de planta obtenido y opcionalmente seleccionar el tejido de planta que tiene un contenido alterado, preferentemente mayor, de un componenteflavonoide, en comparacion con el tejido de planta de tipo silvestre del cual deriva.
