Abstract

La presente consiste en un sistema de manejo de fluidos para recortes de perforacion que utiliza un nivel de líquido constante y manejado por gravedad entre un separador sustancialmente atmosférico y un sacudidor de esquisto, para maximizar el tiempo de permanencia del fluido dentro del separador, asegurando así que sustancialmente todo el gas entrampado en los recortes suba y pase hacia una llama, previniendo el avance del gas hacia el sacudidor de esquisto. Los solidos provenientes del separador se combinan con el líquido recirculado proveniente y retornante del sacudidor de esquisto. De manera opcional, se coloca un desgasificador en vacío entre el separador y el sacudidor de esquisto, y los gases separados pasan del desgasificador a la llama. Este método y sistema se pueden aplicar particularmente a operaciones de perforacion balanceadas, sub-balanceadas y con aires, en donde el flujo de gas es intermitente e impredecible.
