Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de la formula 1 en la cual: R1, R2, R3 y R4 independientemente unos de otros son hidrogeno, F, CI, Br, I, CN, NO2, CF3, CH3-SO2, alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, o 4 átomos de carbono, NH2, NH-CH3 o N(CH3)2; R5 y R6 independientemente el uno del otro son hidrogeno, alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de carbono, CF3-CH2-, cicloalquilo que tiene 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de carbono o ciclopropil-CH2-, o R5 y R6 forman junto con el átomo de nitrogeno al que se unen un anillo de 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 o 10 átomos en el que uno o dos grupos CH2 pueden estar reemplazados independientemente uno del otro por NR12, azufre, oxigeno, C(O) o SO2, R12 es hidrogeno, alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 átomos de carbono o cicloalquilo que tiene 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de carbono; R7 es hidrogeno o alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 átomos de carbono; R8 y R9 independientemente el uno del otro son hidrogeno, F, CI, Br, OH, alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 átomos de carbono, CH3O, CF3 o CH3SO2; R10 y R11 independientemente el uno del otro son R13-(CmH2m)-Bn, donde m cero, 1, 2, 3 o 4; n cero o 1; B -CO-, -CONR14- o -SO2-;R14 es hidrogeno o alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de carbono; R13 es hidrogeno, alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo que tiene 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de carbono, 1-pirrolidinilo, 1-piperidinilo, 1-(4-metilpiperazinilo), 1-morfolinilo, -COOR15, OR16, NR17R18 o fenilo que tiene, independientemente uno del otro, 1 o 2 sustituyentes seleccionados entre el grupo de cloro, fluor, metilo y metoxi; R15, R16, R17 y R18 independientemente unos de otros son hidrogeno o alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de carbono; o R10 y R11 forman junto con el átomo de nitrogeno al que se unen un anillo de 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 o 10 átomos en el que uno, dos o tres grupos CH2 pueden estar reemplazados independientemente unos de otros por NR19, azufre, oxígeno, C(O) o SO2; R19 es hidrogeno, alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 átomos de carbono o cicloalquilo que tiene 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de carbono; y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y trifluoroacetatos de los mismos.
