Abstract
Un proceso para la produccion de urea a partir de amoníaco y dioxido de carbono, que se hacen reaccionar a una presion elevada predeterminada en un reactor de síntesis apropiado (12), obteniendo una solucion acuosa que comprende urea, carbamato de amonio y amoníaco, recuperacion de carbamato y amoníaco a partir de dicha solucion acuosa a través de etapas de descomposicion del carbamato y depuracion térmica de amoníaco y dioxido de carbono así producidos, en un depurador (14) respectivo, su subsiguiente recondensacion a carbamato, en un condensador (16) respectivo, reciclado del carbamato al reactor de síntesis (12), siendo dichas etapas llevadas a cabo, junto con la reaccion de síntesis de urea, a sustancialmente la misma, presion elevada; el proceso comprende las etapas adicionales de: introducir O de pasivacion dentro del reactor de síntesis (12); recuperar desde dicho reactor (12) un efluente gaseoso que compende dioxido de carbono y amoníaco sin reaccionar y oxígeno de pasivacion; alimentar dicho efluente gaseoso desde el reactor de síntesis (12) a la base (14b) del depurador (14), para la pasivacion de al menos parte del interior he dicho depurador (14).A process for the production of urea from ammonia and carbon dioxide, which is reacted at a predetermined high pressure in an appropriate synthesis reactor (12), obtaining an aqueous solution comprising urea, ammonium carbamate and ammonia, recovery of carbamate and ammonia from said aqueous solution through stages of decomposition of the carbamate and thermal purification of ammonia and carbon dioxide thus produced, in a respective scrubber (14), its subsequent recondensate to carbamate, in a condenser (16) respectively, recycled from the carbamate to the synthesis reactor (12), said steps being carried out, together with the urea synthesis reaction, at substantially the same, high pressure; the process comprises the additional steps of: introducing passivation O into the synthesis reactor (12); recovering from said reactor (12) a gaseous effluent that compensates for unreacted carbon dioxide and ammonia and passivation oxygen; feeding said gaseous effluent from the synthesis reactor (12) to the base (14b) of the scrubber (14), for the passivation of at least part of the interior I have said scrubber (14).
