Abstract
Una composicion sinérgica que comprende una sal e THF y un biopenetrante, en donde el biopenetrante comprende un polímero de un ácido carboxílico insaturado o un copolímero de un ácido carboxílico insaturado con un ácido sulfonico, dicho polímero o copolímero estando terminado en un grupo de ácido carboxílico insaturado mono- o difosfonado, o teniendo dichos monomeros incorporados en el estructura del polímero. Esta composicion actua sinérgicamente para afianzar la eficacia biocida de la sal de THF contra bacterias tanto planctonicas (capaces de moverse libremente) como sésiles (adheridas), y también actua sinérgicamente para afianzar la eficacia de la sal de THF en la disolucion de incrustacion de sulfuro de hierro. También es util para utilizar en un método de tratamiento de agua contaminado o proclive a contaminacion con bacterias, hongos o algas.
