Abstract
En la presente, se revelan varias realizaciones no limitantes relacionadas con dispositivos oftálmicos que comprenden materiales fotocromicos que comprenden un sustituyente reactivo. Por ejemplo, la presente revelacion contempla dispositivos oftálmicos que comprenden materiales fotocromicos, tales como naftopiranos fotocromicos y naftopiranos fusionados a indeno que tienen un sustituyente reactivo que comprende un resto reactivo unido al naftopirano fotocromico por medio de uno o más grupos conectores. En ciertas realizaciones no limitantes, el resto reactivo comprende un resto polimerizable. En otras realizaciones no limitantes, el resto reactivo comprende un resto nucleofílico.
