Abstract

La presente se refiere a nuevos gránulos de enzima que comprenden fitasa, en donde dichas partículas tienen A) un nucleo que comprende al menos una fitasa y al menos un material portador solido adecuado para alimento animal, y B) una cubierta dispuesta sobre el nucleo, en donde los nucleos de las partículas o toda la partícula, si corresponde después de que se requiera molienda, en suspension o disolucion en agua desmineralizada a 25°C para dar un pH en el rango de 4,5 a 6,5, de preferencia en el rango de 4,6 a 6,90, y en particular preferencia de 4,7 a 5,5 y que son adecuados como aditivos de alimento animal, y también un método para su produccion. La presente también se refiere al uso de gránulos de enzima que comprende fitasa en composiciones de alimento animal y, en particular, composiciones de alimento animal en pellets, que se obtiene mediante gránulos de enzima que comprenden fitasa.
