Abstract

Disposicion para la produccion continua de tela de material textil no tejido de filamentos de material sintético termoplástico, con una hilera, una cámara enfriadora, una unidad de estirado y un dispositivo de deposicion para depositar los filamentos que forman la tela de material textil no tejido. A la hilera se pueden alimentar dos o más masa fundidas de polímero, y se ha provisto una disposicion para unir diferentes masas fundidas de polímero con la prevision que por las aberturas de tobera de la hilera puedan salir filamentos bicomponentes y/o filamentos multi-componentes. La cámara enfriadora está subdividida en al menos dos secciones de cámara enfriadora, en las cuales se pone en contacto a los filamentos bi-componentes y/o filamentos multi-componentes respectivamente con aire de proceso con diferentes capacidades de conduccion térmica por conveccion.
