Abstract
Se refiere a mezclas de polisacáridos derivados de heparina que tiene un peso molecular medio de 1500 a3000 Daltons y una relación AntiXA/Anti-Ilia superior a 30, el procedimiento para su preparación y las composiciones farmacéuticas que las contienen. Reivindicación 1: Mezclas de oligosacáridos sulfatados que poseen la estructura general de los polisacáridos constitutivos de la heparina y que presenta las siguientes características: tienen un peso molecular medio de 1500 a 3000 daltons, una actividad anti-Xa de 120 a 200 UI/mg, una actividad anti-IIa de inferior a 10 UI/mg y una relación de actividad anti-Xa/actividad anti-IIa superior a 30 los oligosacáridos constitutivos de las mezclas contienen 2 a 26 restos sacáridos, tienen un resto ácido 4,5-urónico insaturado 2-0-sulfato en uno de los extremos, contienen el hexasacárido delta IIa-IIs-Is de fórmula 1 y están bajo forma de una sal de metal alcalino o alcalinotérreo.
