Abstract
Composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen estos compuestos y a un método de tratamiento de trastornos en los cuales el bloqueo del receptor de histamina H3 es beneficioso. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de grupo de formulas (1) o (2), donde X es O, S o CH2; Y es N o CH; Z es N o C; R y R1 son independientemente: alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado opcionalmente sustituido con halogenos o grupos de heteroátomos; o cicloalquilo C3-8 sustituido con halogenos o grupos de heteroátomos; o R y R1 tomados juntos forman un grupo cicloalquilo opcionalmente sustituido con: alquilo C1-8 lineal o ramificado; cicloalquilo C3-8; halogeno; o grupos de heteroátomos; donde uno o más de los grupos metileno puede estar reemplazado por O, N o S; R3 y R4 tomados juntos forman un grupo de formulas (3) o (4); R5 y R6 tomados juntos forman -(CH2)3-5- donde uno o más de los metilenos es reemplazado por O, N o S; y R7 se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, halogeno, alquilo, arilo O-alquilo, S- alquilo, NH-alquilo, N(alquilo)2, acilo y N-acilo; o una sal aceptable para uso farmacéutico del mismo.
