Abstract
Ciertos compuestos de fórmula (1): en la que: R1 representa arilo sustituido o no sustituido; Y representa -(CRnaRnb)n-; Rna y Rnb son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo C1-6; n es un número entero de 1 a 5; R2 representa arilo sustituido o no sustituido o heteroarilo sustituido o no sustituido; cada uno de R3 y R4 representa independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo C1-6; y sales y solvatos de los mismos son antagonistas de CCR3 y, de esta forma, están indicados por su utilidad en terapia.Certain compounds of formula (1): in which: R 1 represents substituted or unsubstituted aryl; Y represents - (CRnaRnb) n-; Rna and Rnb are each independently hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; n is an integer from 1 to 5; R2 represents substituted or unsubstituted aryl or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl; each of R3 and R4 independently represents hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; and salts and solvates thereof are CCR3 antagonists and, thus, are indicated by their usefulness in therapy.
