Abstract
Una composicion farmacéutica para la administracion local en la forma de una emulsion que contiene vitamina D3 activa y es adecuada para aplicacion enáreas con (el) cabello, teniendo al mismo tiempo actividad farmacologica satisfactoria, estabilidadde fármaco principal y estabilidad física. Esta locioncontiene (a) una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de vitamina D3 activa, (b) un componente de fase oleosa que contiene un componente oleoso solido quecomprende Vaselina blanca y un alcoholsuper ior y un componente oleoso líquido que comprende escualano, (c) un componente de fase acuosa que contienepolisacárido ionico, y (d) surfactante no ionico; en donde, (1) el contenido de dicho polisácarido ionico es de 0,3 a 1,0 partes en pesode la pr eparacionentera, (2) el contenido de dicho alcohol superior es de 0,2 a 1,0 partes en peso de la preparacion entera, y (3) el HLB de dicho surfactante no ionico es de10 o más.A pharmaceutical composition for local administration in the form of an emulsion that contains active vitamin D3 and is suitable for application in areas with (the) hair, while having satisfactory pharmacological activity, main drug stability and physical stability.
