Abstract
Un método para el revestimiento de los canales de flujo de un cuerpo portante de catalizador monolítico que tiene una forma cilíndrico con una dispersionde revestimiento, en el que el cuerpo portante tiene dos caras frontales que están conectadasent re sí por canales de flujo dispuestos de manera paralela aleje del cilindro, por medio de la orientacion vertical del eje de cilindro del cuerpo portante, la aplicacion de una cantidad predeterminada de la dispersionde revestimiento desde undeposito de almacenamiento sobre la cara frontal superior del cuerpo portante y la aspiracion de la dispersion a través de loscanales de flujo, la eliminacion de la dispersion de revestimiento excesivo hacia afuera de los canales de flujo por mediode libera cion por soplado de loscanales de flujo, la recuperacion de la dispersion excesiva hacia el deposito de almacenamiento y la fijacion del revestimiento por dispersion por medio de unacalcinacion. El método se caracteriza por el hecho de quese aspira la dispersion de revestimiento con una velocidad de flujo de 0,1 a 1 m/s a través de loscanales de flujo, y que después de terminar la aspiracion se elimina la dispersion de revestimiento excesiva hacia afuera de los canales de flujo pormedio dela a plicacion de un impulso de aspiracion desde abajo, en el que se aspira el aire de aspiracion con una velocidad de flujo entre 40 y 1 m/s a través de loscanales de flujo y se separa la dispersion de revestimiento excesiva que se llevacon la corriente de aire hacia afuera, desde la corriente de aire dentro deun tiempo menor a 100ms. después de la salida del cuerpo portante de catalizador.
