Abstract
Uso de las fenilureas en el tratamiento de enfermedades mediadas por la quimoquina, interleuquina-8 (IL-8). Compuestos de guanidina cíclica antagonistas de los receptores de la IL-8 que comprende la formula (1) en donde R, R1, R2, Y, m y n tienen los significados dados en la descripcion; además se describen la composicion farmacéutica que los comprende y el uso de los mismos para la manufactura de un medicamento para tratar una enfermedad mediada por una quimoquina donde la quimoquina se une a un receptor alfa o beta de la IL-8 en un mamífero.
