Abstract
Un proceso en el cual el material que comprende un líquido acuoso con solidos en partículas dispersados se bombea como un fluido y luego se deja en reposo y se vuelve rígido y se mejora el carácter rígido reteniendo al mismo tiempo la capacidad de bombeo del material combinando partículas poliméricas con el material durante o antes del bombeo del material, en donde las partículas poliméricas comprenden polímero hidrosoluble el cual tiene una viscosidad intrínseca de por lo menos 3 dl/g. El proceso de la presente reduce al mínimo en forma más efectiva el área ocupada por una pila del material de un volumen determinado manteniendo al mismo tiempo la capacidad de bombeo del material. Esta invencion es particularmente adecuada para material que comprende barro rojo del método Bayer de alumina.
