Abstract

Una canasta para manipular desechos en colaboracion con un horno de arco (11) y con medios para precalentar los desechos mediante los gases desde elcuarto orificio (14), la canasta puede asociarse con un sistema (16) e incluye un cuerpo, un fondoequipado con medios de cierre inferior dentados que sepueden abrir momentáneamente, y extensiones laterales para mover y ubicar la canasta, el cuerpo contenedor consta de una primera parte superior (10 a) queactua como almacenamiento amortiguadorpara aumentar temporariamente la capacidad de la canasta (10) y una segunda parte inferior (10 b) para contenerlos desechos, con una capacidad que sustancialmente corresponde con el volumen de la carga del horno de fundicion (11) que debe alimentar, donde lasegunda parte inferior (10 b) está asociada con medios refrigerantes.
