Abstract
Compuestos derivados de 4-aminoalcoxi-1H-benzoimidazoles D2 dopaminérgicos de la formula (I), en la cual: R1 es hidrogeno, trifluorometilo,pentafluoroetilo, heptafluoropropilo, un grupo alquilo de cadena recta o ramificada conhasta 6 carbonos o bencilo optativamente sustituido por uno atres sustituyentes seleccionados entre halogeno, amino, nitro, hidroxi, y alcoxi C1-C6; R2 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-C6; R3 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-C10de cadena recta o ramificada con hasta 10 átomos de carbono, ciclohexilmetilo, -(CH2)mAr, donde Ar es fenilo, naftalenilo, tienilo, furanilo o piridinilo,cada uno de ellos optativamente sustituido por uno o dos sustituyentes seleccionados entre alcoxi C1-C6, trifluorometilo y alquilo C1-C6; p NR2R3 es1,2,3,4-tetrahidroquinolin-1-ilo o 1,2,3,4-tetrahidroisoquinolin-1-ilo; Y = hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo inferior, amino, o alcoxi inferior; m = 1 o 3;n = 1 - 5; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo. Estos compuestos D2 dopaminérgicos son utiles en el tratamiento de la esquizofrenia, laenfermedad de Parkinson, el síndrome de Tourette, y la adicion a las drogas o al alcohol. También se define una composicion farmacéutica que los contienen yel uso de dichos compuestos para la fabricacion de un medicamento.Compounds derived from 4-aminoalkoxy-1H-benzoimidazoles D2 dopaminergic of formula (I), in which: R1 is hydrogen, trifluoromethyl, pentafluoroethyl, heptafluoropropyl, an alkyl group with up to 6 carbons or benzyl optionally substituted by one three substituents selected from halogen, amino, nitro, hydroxy, and C1-C6 alkoxy; R2 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, C1-C10 straight chain or branched alkyl with up to 10 carbon atoms, cyclohexylmethyl, - (CH2) mAr, where Ar is phenyl, naphthalenyl, thienyl, furanyl or pyridinyl, each optionally substituted by one or two substituents selected from C1-C6 alkoxy, trifluoromethyl and C1-C6 alkyl; p NR2R3 is 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolin-1-yl or 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-1-yl; Y = hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, amino, or lower alkoxy; m = 1 or 3, n = 1-5; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. These dopamine D2 compounds are useful in the treatment of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, Tourette syndrome, and drug or alcohol addiction. A pharmaceutical composition containing them is also defined and the use of said compounds for the manufacture of a medicine.
