La presente invencion provee una composicion farmacéutica para ser aplicada a las mucosas, a ser utilizada en la terapia con drogas y que comprendeuna sustancia no soluble en agua y/o poco soluble en agua, un medicamento, y un medio acuoso, y quetie ne una presion osmotica de menos de 290 mOsm. Estacomposicion es superior a las composiciones farmacéuticas convencionales para ser aplicadas sobre las mucosas, gracias a su eficiente y elevadapermeabilidad a la sangre, en el lugar de la mucosa.La p resente invencion provee además una composicion farmacéutica para ser aplicada a la mucosa, quecomprende un agente hemostático y un medicamento. Esta composicion es superior a las composiciones farmacéuticas convencionales para ser aplicadasala muco sa, gracias a su permeabilidad y retencion en la mucosa.The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition to be applied to the mucous membranes, to be used in drug therapy and comprising a substance not soluble in water and / or poorly soluble in water, a medicament, and an aqueous medium, and which requires a osmotic pressure of less than 290 mOsm.
