Abstract

Se describe un método para moderar las obstrucciones y reducir la viscosidad en fraccionadores primarios y secciones de enfriamiento por inmersion deplantas de etileno mediante la adicion a una corriente de hidrocarburo de una resina de fenol sustituido con mono y/o polialquilo-formaldehído que tiene unpeso molecular medio de aproximadamente 1.000 a aproximadamente 30.000 y por lo menos un sustituyente alquilo que contiene aproximadamente 4 a aproximadamente24 átomos de carbono, sustituyente alquilo que puede ser lineal o ramificado.
