Abstract

El dispositivo y el procedimiento de la presente invencion se refieren a la deteccion de cambios fisiologicos en humanos y otros mamíferos mediante elmonitoreo y deteccion de cambios en la concentracion de varios componentes sanguíneos. En particular, se determina la concentracion de un componente mediantela inmovilizacion del componente conn anticuerpo en medio ceon un primer anticuerpo con afinidad específica para dicho componente, etiquetando al componentecon un segundo anticuerpo detectable,y utilizando procedimientos de análisis espectrofotométricos, colorimétricos y fluorimétricos para calcular laconcentracion.
