Abstract

La presente se refiere a un procedimiento de preparacion de poliorganosiloxanos (POS) multifuncionalizados que comprenden motivos siloxilos funcionalesalcoxilos y motivos siloxilos, cada una con una funcion SH, que consiste en introducir la funcionS H por reaccion de H2S sobre un POS precursor de formula:A-(RXSiO)a-(RYSiO)b-B, donde R es específicamente un radical alquilo C1-6, X es un radical alcoxilo C1-15, Y es un grupo hidrocarbonado C2-30 que incluye unainsaturacion etilénica de la cualder iva la funcionalidad SH, a es un numero que va de 1 a 150, b es un numero que va de 1 a 150, yendo el numero a + b de 2 a300 y A y B son grupos terminales que se eligen respectivamente en especial entre, por un lado los radicales (R)3SiO-tomados sol os o en mezcla con losradicales (R)2XSiO- y/o R(X)2SiO- y/o (X)3SiO- y por otro lado los redicales -Si(R)3 tomados solos o en mezcla con los radicales -SiX(R)2 y/o -Si(X)2R y/o-Si(X)3. Los POS multifuncionalizados así obtenidos sonutilizados en part icular como agente de ensamblado carga blanca-elastomero en las composiciones deelastomero(s) natural(es) o sintético(s) que comprenden una carga blanca, en especial una materia silícea, como carga reforzante, destinada a lafabricacion deartículos d e elastomero(s).
