Se proveen genes purificados que codifican citoquinas de un mamífero, reactivos relacionados con las mismas incluyendo polipéptidos purificados,anticuerpos específicos y ácidos nucleicos que codifican esta molécula. También se proveen métodos paraus ar dichos reactivos y equipos de diagnostico.Purified genes encoding a mammalian cytokines, reagents related thereto are provided including purified polypeptides, specific antibodies and nucleic acids encoding this molecule. Methods for using such reagents and diagnostic equipment are also provided.
