Abstract
El compuesto para productos alimenticios contiene al menos uno de los agentes listados a continuacion: agente antioxidante (ácido ascorbico, sussales y derivados, galatos, hidroxianisol butilado, hidroxitolueno butilado, tocoferoles),agente conservante (ácido sorbico y sus sales, ácido propionico ysus sales, ácido benzoico y sus sales, hidroxibenzoatos); agente acidulante (ácido cítrico, ácido tartárico, ácido metatartárico, ácido málico), agenteespesante (almidon natural, omodifi cado, precocido o sin precocer, gelatinas, ácido algínico y sus sales, goma guar y otras gomas, agar-agar, carragenina,harina de semillas de algarrobo, pectina, celulosa y sus derivados); el compuesto adopta preferentemente la formade un po lvo al que se deben anadirazucar y agua y partes de un producto alimenticio natural, poe ejemplo fruta seca, descongelada, semiacaramelada, o en forma de jugo o ensalada de fruta.
