Abstract

La invención se refiere a moléculas de ácido nucleico, que codifican preproteinas, las que después de la maduración presentan la actividad biológicadel dímero de mistelectina, vectores, que contienen estas moléculas de ácido nucleico,huésp edes transformados con estos vectores y polipéptidos y/o dímerosde polipéptidos, que están codificados por estas moléculas de ácido nucleico. Los polipéptidos y/o dímeros de polipéptidos de acuerdo con la invención sepueden aplicarterapéuticamente de diversas maneras. Por consiguiente, la invención se refiere además a inmunotoxinas y medicamentos que contienen lospolipéptidos y/o dímeros de polipéptidos de acuerdo con la invención. La invención se refiere ademása composiciones p ara diagnóstico que contienenmoléculas de ácido nucleico de acuerdo con la invención, polipéptidos y/o dímeros de polipéptidos y/o cebadores de acuerdo con la invención, que sehibridan específicamente a la molécula de ácidonucleico de acuerdo con la invención. Finalmente la invención se refiere a productos fitosanitarios quecontienen polipéptidos y/o dímeros de polipéptidos de acuerdo con la invención.
