Abstract

La presente invención está dirigida a una composición fluible de polímero, líquida, soluble en agua, libre de petróleo, para el uso en el espesamiento demedios acuosos, en particular, fluidos de terminación y reconstrucción usados en el negociode perforación de gas y petróleo. La composición de la presenteinvención está formada por hidroxietil celulosa, un polipropilen glicol, un polioxipropilen poliol y un éter alifático de propilen glicol. Opcionalmentelas dispersiones incluyenagua. D ebido a su baja toxicidad, estas dispersiones son particularmente útiles para la perforación en medio ambiente mar adentro.Estas composiciones se dispersan y viscosifican rápidamente una variedad de salinas, incluyendo agua de mar yotras salina s livianas, con un mínimo decizalla y sin la formación de ojos de pez. Se da a conocer además un fluido de servicio que comprende dicha composición como agente espesante.
