Abstract
Se provee una composición detergente que contiene un mejorador sin fosfato que comprende un agente tensoactivo, y a) por lo menos 0,5% en peso de unafuente de peróxido de hidrógeno, b) de 001% a 10% en peso de un precursor de blanqueador deperox iácido orgánico, c) de 0,001% a 5% en peso de una enzimaproteolítica, d) una fuente de alcalinidad que tiene la capacidad de suministrar alcalinidad a una solucón de lavar como se mide por medio de laprueba de liberación dealcalinidad que se describe en la presente invención,de modo que el equivalente de NaOH en % en peso de la composición es superior a10.6% en peso de la composición, y en donde la composición detergente tiene un Indice de Enzima ProteolíticaPrecursora de Peróxido de Hidrógeno (HPP) de porlo menos 0,35 como se define mediante la fórmula (I), en donde el % en peso de enzima proteolítica en la formulación está basado en una actividad enzimáticade 13 knpu/g de la partícula de enzima, y endonde el % AvO2 es la c antidad total de oxígeno disponible presente en la composición.
