Abstract
La invención se refiere a un catalizador totalmente metálico para la oxidación de compuestos gaseosos de azufre, particularmente sulfuro dehidrógeno, en una atmósfera que contiene oxígeno, consistiendo dicho catalizador en una aleación metálica de 5 a 70% en peso de níquel, siendo elresto 30 a 95% en peso de cobre, térmicamente tratada a una temperatura de 400 a 1000°C en una atmósfera que contiene oxígeno, durante 0,25 a 5 horas.
