Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para la fabricación de composiciones o componentes detergentes de una pasta surfactante que está sustancialmente enla fase sólida a temperaturas de 25 grados centígrados y menores que comprende los siguientes pasos: (i) mezclar la pasta surfactante a una temperatura porencima de su punto de ablandamiento, la pasta surfactante comprende por lo menos el 50% en peso de un surfactante no iónico;(ii) formar una pasta surfactante fundida en gotas sobre unasuperficie enfriante; (iii) formar pastillas sólidas enfriando las gotas de lapasta surfactante fundida; (iv) remover las pastillas solidificadas de la superficie enfriante. La invención además se refiere a composiciones ocomponentes detergentes granulados en forma de pastillas preparados con este procedimiento.
