Abstract
Un proceso para fabricar una composición detergente que comprende: I) elaborar una composición detergente de base que comprende un surfactantedetergente en partículas con una fuente ácida y un surfactante no iónico; II) recubrir por lo menos el surfactante detergente en partículas con una fuenteácida son capaces de reaccionar entre sí para producir un gas. Según otro aspecto aún de la presente invención se provee una composición detergente quecomprende una composición de base que comprende un surfactante detergente sólido y opcionalmente una fuente alcalina en donde por lo menso el surfactantedetergente sólido está recubierto con una fuente ácida y un surfactante no iónico. Según otro aspecto de la presente invención se provee una composicióndetergente que comprende una composición en partículas de base que tiene un núcleo que comprende un surfactante detergente sólido y opcionalmente unafuente alcalina y una capa exterior que comprende una fuente áciday un surfactante no iónico. También se ha encontrado que se logran efectosventajosos cuando se invierte el proceso. Se provee de está manera un proceso para elaborar una composición detergente que comprende: i) elaborar unacomposición detergente de base que comprende una fuente ácida sólida; ii) recubrir la fuente ácida sólida con un detergente surfactante; y iii) anadiradicionalmente y la fuente ácida son capaces de reaccionar entre si para producir un gas.
