Abstract
La invención consiste en un método para la producción de cementos a base de sulfoaluminato de calcio, y cemento producido con dicho método, constando elmétodo de las etapas de formar un clinker mediante la calcinación de materias primas atemper aturas superiores a los 1200°C de manera que el clinkerproducido tenga un alto contenido de sulfoaluminato de calcio, silicato tricálcico y silicato dicálcico, y durante o previamente a la etapa demolienda, adicionar el clinker asiproducido , y con los componentes básicos antes mencionados, cantidades óptimas de óxido e hidróxido de calcio y sulfatode calcio a fin de activar dicho clinker. En dicha molienda deberá observarse una temperatura de aproximadamente 100°C a125°C, y un ti empo suficiente paraconvertir el yeso en homohidrato, con lo que se logrará que el sulfato de calcio presente en el producto así obtenido, se encuentre en condiciones dereaccionar rápidamente durante la hidratación del cemento,dando lugar a la obtención de etringita, requiriéndose para ello la presencia de un pH superiora 12.
