Abstract

613839 A box comprises a bottom and at least two pairs of side walls which in each case lie opposite one another, wherein a first one of the side walls (16b) extends upwards at least partially from the bottom in a vertical direction only by a removal height which is smaller than the height of one or more of the remaining side walls, in order to define a lateral opening with a dimension which makes access to and removal of products contained in the box possible through the lateral opening. Furthermore, the box comprises an insert for arrangement on the bottom (12), wherein the insert is designed in a manner dependent on the products which are to be accommodated by the box. Furthermore, the box comprises a blocking element and a locking mechanism for locking the blocking element in a first, closed position.
