Abstract

601758 Disclosed are 1H-2,1,3-benzothiadiazine derivatives as represented by the general formulae (IIIb) and (IIIb1); wherein the substituents are as defined herein. Representative compounds include N5-isopropyl-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazine-4,5-diamine-2,2-dioxide, 5-cyclopropyl-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazin-4-amine-2,2-dioxide, 4-amino-5-(propyloxy)-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazine-2,2-dioxide, 4-amino-5-(cyclopentoxy)-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazine-2,2-dioxide, 4-amino-5-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yloxy)-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazine-2,2-dioxide and 4-amino-5-(((2R,3S,4R)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxytetrahydrofuran-2-yl)methoxy)-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazine-2,2-dioxide. Further disclosed is an ingestible composition comprising a compound as defined above, or a tautomer, salt, solvate, and/or ester thereof, wherein the ingestible composition is selected from the group consisting of food or beverage product, non-edible product (nutritional products and dietary supplements, over the counter medications, oral care products, and cosmetics), a pharmaceutical composition, and combinations thereof.
