Abstract

Disclosed are antibodies that bind to Notch3 by binding to an epitope in SEQ ID NO: 10 and activating Notch 3-mediated signalling. The antibodies can be used for treating a neurodegenerative disease, in particular CADSIL, familial hemiplegic migraine (FHM), familial paroxytic ataxia or Alagille syndrome.
