Abstract

Den medisinske sammensetningen er spesielt nyttig for behandling av bensykdommer forårsaket av unormal benmetabolisme så som osteoporose, for behandling av benbrudd og for ortopedisk rekonstruksjon, bentransplantasjon, kosmetisk kirurgi og tannterapi. Det kan anvendes for behandling av bruskforstyrrelser.A human MP52 Arg and a pharmaceutical medical composition are disclosed to promote cartilage and bone morphogenesis comprising human MP52 Arg. The medical composition is particularly useful for the treatment of bone diseases caused by abnormal bone metabolism such as osteoporosis, for the treatment of bone fractures and for orthopedic reconstruction, bone grafting, cosmetic surgery and dental therapy. It can be used for the treatment of cartilage disorders.
