Transdermalt administreringspreparat som inneholder et 9- aminocyklopenta(b)kinolin, fortrinnsvis 9-amino-2,3,5,6,7,8- heksahydro-lH-cyklopenta(b)kinolin eller dets hydroklorid, som aktiv ingrediens, og den følgende transdermale absorpsjons- forsterker, d.v.s. minst én forbindelse valgt fra gruppen som består av fettsyrer, fettsyreestere og alkoholer, fortrinnsvis glyceridet av en mettet fettsyre som har 6-12 karbonatomer.
