Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse til- veiebringer nye difluorstatonderivater av generell formel (I) Ry S Jo Pl nh<h+-cnh-<:h¿c- :f2¿c¿NR5R6 II 0 (I) som er anvendbare som antivirale mid- ler. Mer spesifikt er disse nye forbin- delser anvendbare som inhibitorer av retrovirale proteaser som er nødvendige for replikasjon, i særdeleshet HlV-1 og HIV-2 virale proteaser, ved forhindring eller behandling av infeksjon av det humane immunsvekkelsesvirus (HIV) og ved behandling av påfølgende patologiske tilstander slik som ervervet immunsvekkelsessyndrom (AIDS) i pattedyr som er i stand til å bli infisert med Hiv-virus.
