Abstract
Det er beskrevet en forbindelse av generell formel (I) hvori R er (a); hvor Ra er hydrogen, eventuelt substituert (Ci^)alkyl eller eventuelt substituert aryl, R« er hydrogen, eventuelt substituert (Ci.«)alk7l eller eventuelt substituert aryl; eller Ra og Rb danner sammen en eventuelt substituert 5 eller 6 leddet heterocyklisk ring med eller uten ytteriigere heteroatomer; R' er (Ci^)alkyl som er usubstituert eller substituert med fluor, en hydroksygruppe som eventuelt er beskyttet med en lett Qembar hydroksybeskyttende gruppe, eller med en aminogruppe som eventuelt er beskTttet med en lett Qembar aminobeskyttende gruppe; R^ er hydrogen eller metyl; og R' er valgt fra gruppen bestående av (a) en gruppe av formel (i) hvor Ri er hydrogen eller (Ci.6)alkyl, R2 er hydrogen, (Ci-6)alk7l eller eventuelt substituert med halogen, (Ci.6)alkenyl, (Ci. 6)alkoksykarbonyl, aryl eller heteroaryl, Rj er hydrogen, (Ci.6)alk7l eller (Ci.«)alkoksy- karbonyl og Rt er en farmasøytisk akseptabel esterdannende gruppe, og (b) en gnjppe av fonnelen CH(R")0.C0.R', hvor R' er hydrogen, (C,.«)alkyl, (C3.7)cykloaIkyl, metyl eller fenyl; og R*" er (Ci.<)alkyl(C3.7)cykloalkyloksy eller (C|.«)alkoksy(Ci.«)alk7l. Forbindelsene er nyttige for behandling av bakterielle infeksjoner.
