Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en fremgangsmåte for beskyttelse av proteiner mot aerosoliserings- indusert nedbrytning og tap av proteinaktivitet. De aerosoliserte proteiner stabiliseres ved å tilsette en vannoppløselig, polar, organisk forbindelse, slik som polyetylenglykol, eller et overflateaktivt middel til den vandige oppløsning før aerosolisering.
