Abstract
Smeltekar (1) for å fremstille smeltet masse (2) fra en blanding (21) av råmaterialer er forbundet med en ytterligere smelteenhet (4) ved hjelp av hvilken en gjeninn-ført smeltet masse (29) blir fremskaffet fra mineral-ullavfall (28), som hovedsakelig tilsvarer den smeltede masse (2) erholdt fra blandingen (21) av råmaterialer i kvalitet og sammensetning. Den gjeninnførte smeltede masse (29) blir tilført til den smeltede masse (2) i smeltekaret (1) via en egnet innføringsanordning (43). Den gjeninnførte utslippsgass (30) fra den ytterligere smelteenhet (4) blir matet til karutslippsgassen (24), og blandingen av utslippsgasser blir anvendt til for-varming av forbrennigsluft og blanding av råmaterialer (21).
