4(lH)quinolonderivater av formel (I) hvor R representerer en alkylgruppe inneholdende opptil 6 karbonatomer, Rrepresenterer en alkyl eller alkylengruppe inneholdende opptil 6 karbonatomer,ogrepresenterer hver hydrogen, halogen, metoksy eller en trifluormetylgruppe med det forbehold at minst en avoger hydrogen, samt farmasøytisk akseptable salter derav og frem-gangsmåter for fremstilling derav.orbindelsene er anvendelige for behandling av kardiovaskulære og respiratoriske lidelser.4 (1H) quinolone derivatives of formula (I) wherein R represents an alkyl group containing up to 6 carbon atoms, R represents an alkyl or alkylene group containing up to 6 carbon atoms, each represents hydrogen, halogen, methoxy or a trifluoromethyl group provided pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and methods for their preparation. The compounds are useful for the treatment of cardiovascular and respiratory disorders.
