Abstract
Apparat og fremgangsmåte for kontroll og styring av kommunikasjon fra flere basestasjoner til en mobil stasjon, i et kommunikasjonssystem. En sender i en mobil stasjon sender kanalkvalitetsindikatordata for en første basestasjon, og disse data dekkes med en Walsh-kode som er tilordnet denne første basestasjon. En basestasjonsmottaker mottar disse data for basestasjonen. Senderen i den mobile stasjon punkterer disse data med nullkanalkvalitetsindikatordata med en Walsh- kode som er tilordnet en andre basestasjon for å indikere et ønske om å kople om en transmisjonskilde for trafikkdata fra den første til den andre basestasjon.
